Customer Reviews of CLR Power Plumber Pressurized Drain Opener Plunger Kit, 4.5-Ounce CanCustomer Review: CLR Power Plumber Summary: 5 Stars
Worked on a clog that was out of reach of my snake. I was ready to call a plumber when I read the reviews on Amazon. I ran out and purchased the Power Plumber at a local store...and it worked as advertised!!! I used it on a kitchen sink clog that happened after putting too much through the garbage disposal in too short a time. Try it! It is good for 15 applications and a refill is available too. Its sitting under the sink waiting for the next clog, and best-of-all it doesn't require me to take the plumbing under the sink apart. It does recommend that you have pipes that are in good shape prior to use.
Customer Review: AWESOME PRODUCT!! Summary: 5 Stars
One of my toilets wasn't flushing all the way so I spent most of last night and some of this morning plunging it with no results. I wanted to see if I could find this locally before I ordered it online so I called around some hardware stores and no one carried the kit. I finally found it at a Publix grocery store. One "pump" and the toilet was cleared. It sure beats plunging over and over and over. It says that it can be used up to 15 times...I paid $15 for the kit...so that's $1 per "pump"!! VERY easy to use with GREAT results!!
Customer Review: My plumber would have more money if I didn't have this. Summary: 5 Stars
This product is incredible. It's worked even when our toilet snake has failed us. One time we had a clog way down the pipes - it was clogging most of the drains in the house. I called the plumber who said we had to call a guy to flush the system out. At the last minute (thankfully I'd had to leave a message for the other guy) I remembered I had this product. It worked so well I called my plumber back to let them know about it. I can't imagine how much money I saved not having my main line flushed out....
Customer Review: Didn't Work for Me-- But a Free Fix Did Summary: 1 Stars
My toilet slow-drain problem was similar to other's that have reported success-- but this product did not work at all for me. Later I learned the problem was deposits in the water channels that fill the bowl-- there is a single large one near the bowl drain and smaller ones under the rim. I scraped them carefully with a small screw driver-- I could tell a little bit of deposit was coming off but it didn't seem like much-- but viola, it was the difference between a toilet that almost flushed and one that did.
Customer Review: Worked first time after trying many other products Summary: 5 Stars
Very simple and seems expensive. Until you start figuring how much you spent for other products. In a very slow draining sink we had tried chemicals, plunger, the long plastic strips, snake - everything but a plumber.
After using the CLR Power Cleaner, one time, the sink drains like new.
Recommended.
