I highly recommend the Cal Pal to anyone who wants to lose weight! It's sooooooo easy to use & convenient to carry around. It only takes a few minutes to personalize and set up and then it's ready! I've lost almost 20 pounds by just counting my calories with the Cal Pal. There is no magic pill to lose weight. It takes dedication and accountability. The Cal Pal helps makes this possible!

I've had the CalPal for just over a month and I don't know how I lived without it. This handy little device goes with me everywhere. It's a constant reminder that I need to think about my calorie intake. Through the use of the Cal Pal and regular exercise I've been able to shed a few pounds and I look forward to shedding more! Based on my review here where I did not receive the instructions, I was sent two sets of Instructions Books and an extra Calpal.
I don't know if I can revise my rating for this device but I would now give it Four Stars. It definitely does what it professes to do, makes it very easy once set up correctly, to fairly effortlessly track your caloric daily intake. I'm having a much easier time now controlling my Caloric instake although it does take a bit of discipline.

I bought this thinking it was simple. All I wanted was a calorie counter to keep track of my calories. This is way more complicated than that with features I don't want that were not mentioned in any of the reviews or in the description. There was no packing slip or instructions on how to return it. The web site says there is a 15% restocking fee and with paying to return it, I will be lucky to get half of what I spent back.Customer Review: Love the CalPal Calorie Counter!!

I have 4 kids under the age of 4 and have no time to be keeping track of my calories. With the CalPal, I just stick it in my pocket and type in what I need every time I eat something. It's so convenient. The instructions are really easy to follow. It's keeping me aware of what I'm eating and helping me take those extra pregnancy pounds off!
