I bought my Cal Pal about a month ago, and I've already lost 19 pounds! I've never been able to cut back on calories, but the Cal Pal made it so easy to keep track of what I ate that it served as a constant reminder. It takes about 2 minutes to set up the first time you use it, and about 2 seconds to reset each morning.Customer Review: Its a simple concept but it works if you let it !

I knew i needed to count calories to lose weight. It is really simple math. So I did a search for a calorie counter that would fit in my pocket. I think the simplicity of the product lets you stay focused on the task at hand... eating less calories than you burn. I highly recommend this item! I didn't realize how many calories I ate each day until I had to track them. If you want to lose weight, this is the best place to start. I have lost 15 lbs already. I'm pretty sure this is a great product and I was very excited to use it however, Amazon did not send me the instructions. I have no clue how to use the item I purchased and I feel like I wasted my money. I'm not sure who to contact about getting my directions but I'd love to have them. I am a gym rat and work out at least five days per week, but my biggest hang-up is my diet, or lack thereof. With the Calpal calorie counter, now I can control the amount of calories I consume. I never realized how many calories are in fast food. I recommend this product to everyone.
