The only thing really to say is that "it is what it is." I'm not real big on homeopathic or alternative medicine but for the price I decided to give it a chance. I wanted to use it as an alternative to Xanax every night for help sleeping but it didn't work well enough for that. To be fair, I only notice a minor physical difference with the xanax, except for it puts me to sleep right away instead of rolling around for 3 hours like the nights when I don't take it. It may work for you, it may not... but the price isn't bad and it didn't have any side effects so it might be worth a shot. Oh and they're about the size of a sudafed, easy to swallow.
