I am 31 years old with normal skin but this is the BEST moisturizer for me. It says for mature skin, which I would usually assume to mean 40's or older, but I've been using it since I was 26 with awesome results. I constantly get compliments on my complexion, and the one time I ran out of this day creme I saw my skin begin to dull and dry within just a week or so. Gotta have it...I stockpile this stuff!
