Customer Review: Its causing terrible stomach aches...

I got these so much hyped centrum tablets from a local RiteAid pharmacy. Whenever I take a tablet after eating a full meal (usually dinner), I feel terrible stomach pain lasting for 4-5 minutes most of the times. The pain doesn't subside even after eating something. Initially, I thought something was wrong with the food I eat or may be water or may be something else but then I noticed it was happening due to centrum when one night I forgot to take my tablet and didn't feel any pain! To be more sure, I thought of retesting that by skipping centrum for 3-4 days and then re-taking it...and alas..it gave me aches again..!!

Surprisingly, my apartment owners (both above 55) are also taking centrum for the past 10 years..but they are not experiencing any of such symptoms. May be because they are taking a different formulation from this one (centrum for people who are 50+) which might not have any such ingredient(s) that is causing these side effects.

I have never experienced such aches ever in my life until now when I started taking these tablets. So, it is obvious nothing is wrong with my system or anything that I usually eat or drink. I am throwing the bottles away..
