I got the product on a impulse. It was cheap and it looked like the others that cost up in the hundreds. I don't know how they work but this one works magic on my hair. I would recomend this for anyone. If you really want the results for half the price then this is the product for you.
I'm a Africian-American Woman that has been needing a perm for the past month and with these flat irons I look like I just got a fresh perm. I love it. Now I can't go nowhere without it.
I waited on the free shipping and Amazon had it to me within 3 days. So thanks Amazon for having this product at the top list of products.

This is a great flat iron. So much better than the plastic ones. I've had mine for several years. Still works great. I bought this one as a gift for a friend who liked mine.
Gets REALLY hot, hotter than any other hair tool I have used before. I have really thick hair, and it works great. My friend who I purchased it for has very thin, fine hair, and it works great for her too. She just uses a cooler setting.
I wrap the cord around the flat iron for storage, and the cord got pretty wonky pretty fast. But that doesn't bother me at all.
I would buy this product again and again.

I was quite pleased when this purchase arrived in the mail. The packaging indicates it as "BaByliss Pro Ceramic Tools". I have a BaByliss Pro hair dryer and love it. Apparently Ceramic Tools is afiliated with BaByliss Pro. I have tried other bulkier products that weren't as easy to grip my hair with. This has a nice slim design. It doesn't pull my hair out when it gets stuck between the plates like the conair CS4JCS did for me. It gets hotter, so I use it at a lower setting than my previous choice. Very quick to get the job done, now. I spend much less time on my hair. Very pleased that I made the switch.Customer Review: Great Product

I have had other flat irons that just didn't work. I have thick naturally frizzy hair and I would spend an hour straightening it to have it frizzy again as soon as I stepped outside. My stylist had said on CHI irons would work well, but I didn't want to spend that kind of money. I bought this and figured I would try one last cheap iron and I love it, I love it, I love it! It seems to take less time to straighten my hair and it holds until I wash it. That's right, I can sleep on it and it still looks nice in the morning! I have never been able to say that. I have bought several flat iron in past within price range of about $20-$25. They all worked fine nothing too special about it. The only thing was that my hairs look dry and bristle every time after used. My hairs are coarse and thick so I was looking for something that doesn't give my hairs that dry unhealthy look. I was willing to spend more but not at CHI price range. My flat iron also broke finally, so I had to purchase one quickly. Let's just say that it doesn't work that much better then a $20 one that I bought from the store. It serves the purpose but I wouldn't buy the same thing if it broke.
