I was amazed. I am 16 years old and I have has problems since I was probably 12. I thought it was normal until I realized deoderant didn't work for me. Then the style became tight thin clothes and I realized I couldn't wear anything of the sort. I bought shirts like that but I never wore them. I would always wear tank tops in the summer and hoodies in the winter. When I finally got a job this year my boss was getting me a uniform and she asked me what colors I wanted and I was about to take the cute colors then I realized I couldn't becuase of my "problem" and I took all white because I figured I would wear a T-Shirt underneath. She kinda looked at me funny and shrugged...But I didn't want to explain my problems to her. I saw the commercial on late night television, so I figured it couldn't be that good. But none the less I kinda remembered the name and I forgot about the product for around 4 months. I rembered it one night so I decided to goole it and I found this website with all the wonderful reviews and I got really excited I almost started to cry.. ( I am a very emotional person) but it was so exciting for me that this prduct worked and I hadn't even tried it yet. I went to the store ( walgreens) and I picked up the bottle. I went home tried it out and I didn't even have any irritation or anything when I used it. I wasn't even sure if it was working. But the next day there was no persperation and considering normally I would put on a T- shirt and within 5 minuted there would be spots this was incredible. I have been using it for a week now and I know I will be satisfied for a long time. I know I may sound like an ad, but hear me out:
I am 21 years old--soon to be 22. I am dealing with school, jobs, interviews, women, and social events. I am supposed to be confident and enjoying life. Unfortunately, due to my repugnant underarm sweat, being confident was not possible in any situation. I was starting to be known as John "Pits" Belgarde to a particular group of people. I went through a vast amount of antiperspirants over the years. Fortunately, I searched antiperspirants on Amazon weeks ago, where I eventually perceived Certain Dri.
After about a week, I was impressed because my underarm areas on my shirts were not wet at all. I can actually go out in public, go to parties, and not ruin my expensive clothes over one measly flaw.
With that said, this stuff works. You do not want to know how many countless trips I have made to local stores in search of a product that would cease my underarm sweating. Nothing has ever stopped my embarrassing underarm sweat, EXCEPT CERTAIN DRI.
A few things to take note of are:
1) Roll it on every night before bed during the first week because it takes about a week until you start seeing results.
2) Roll it on every other night after the first week.
3) While Certain Dri sometimes doesn't stop the sweat completely, there are no wet marks on your shirts.
4) Certain Dri may cause random periods of itchy pits (after about two weeks of use).
5) The roll-on lasts for a long time. You do not need to go crazy with how much you roll on.
This was the best $7 I have ever spent in my life. I even bought one for my sister.

Being a girl, sweating a lot is even more embarassing then being a guy. Every day, cold or hot, walking or sitting, I'd have pit stains in a matter of minutes. I bought this product a few days ago, and the first couple of days I got mixed results. I attribute that to me not applying it exactly according to the directions. Last night I applied it about an hour after I showered/shaved and then went to bed. I couldn't fall alseep right away because of the slight stinging, but it went away with in 10-15 min. Today I haven't had a drop of sweat at all. I have to say this is the first day in years that I'm comfortable with myself completely. I never expected anything to actually work - I've almost accepted that I'd be sweaty forever. I can't even imagine a time where I didn't have this problem. I used to wear jackets all the time, even when it was hot, even though it would make me sweat even more, I just didn't want people to see. Now I'm confident that this product will continue to work. For those very few reviewers who say it doesn't work, it's probably cause they didn't apply it exactly to the directions - and I learned you really have to. Don't get discouraged right away, it might take a few applications to start fully working. I'm one of those people with the usual bad luck that a product will work for others and just not me, but this time it worked as well as it said it would. I'm definitely going to continue buying this product. Even if you're not sure about it, it's only 5 or 6 dollars, and it's definitely worth the shot if it can change your life, right? I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this product was for me. Ever since I hit puberty, I have been plagued by heavy underarm sweating. I never had an odor issue, but the wetness was so bad that I had to plan my whole life around people not noticing my problem. I have always been in a great shape and love to shop for clothes, but because of my problem I would resort to buying clothes that were dark in color or heavy in material so the wetness wouldn't show. I could wear a tee shirt and a hoodie and it would seep through. I could even wear a fleece jacket and it would show. It was shameful and I constantly worried about it, which probably made me sweat even more. I have tried Secret Clinical Strength, Degree Clinical Strength, men's anti-persperents, and even Drysol, which is a prescription anti-perspirent. The Drysol left me very itchy and my armpits would be one big rash. With Certain Dry, I don't have the itchiness or rash, and it actually WORKS. I have been using it for a week now, and I can dry all the time (except when I workout...but even then, it isn't that much!) I finally have relief and was able to go shopping this week for clothes in colors that I can wear now, because I won't have to worry about my underarm wetness!
Please try this product, what do you have to lose? It even says in the booklet inside the box that if you aren't satisfied, you can mail the prodcut and your receipt to their manufacturing center and get a refund.
I hope this product does wonders for you, as it did for me.
PS: I am using not only the antiperspirant, but the AM deoderant as well. Good combo!

certain dri is completely amazing. I've suffered from severe sweating since puberty.. nothing stopped the sweating, and i always had to wear baggy clothes. I could never wear the styles i wanted, and i always felt uncomfortable around people, because i thought they'd notice the blatant wetness. My sweating controlled everything i did, and organizing my life around sweat was starting to get really old.
My experience with certain dri is different from a lot of people here -- the first time i tried it, it didn't burn at all.. the next day i experienced mild sweating.. not as bad as before, but i wasn't sold.. the next night i loaded it on. i still didn't feel much stinging, though my sweating lessened and lessened, until after about a week of use, i didn't sweat at all. I continue to put it on every night, with two or three strokes to each underarm. There is still no discomfort (which is crazy, because my skin is generally very sensitive), but i can't skip a night, or else i start to sweat, though not very much. I am in love with this product, and it has allowed me to wear everything i couldn't, and be as active as i want to, without sweating through. I'm still going to experiment with this product (i.e., using less or more..) but so far... it's basically changed the way i live my life.
-one small complaint -- certain dri slightly stained the skin surrounding my armpit.. hardly enough to notice, and it goes away very well if used as directed, and applied sparingly. i guess i went wild with it, because i didn't feel any kind of burning sensation, but yea.. just a word of advice.
