My son has very sensitive skin ever since he was a baby. Different baby washes would cause dry skin, rashes and itchiness. The pediatrician recommended this which was not surprise since I use it too to clean my face. I bath my son using Cetaphil (which is kind of expensive baby wash) but having a happy baby with no itchy skin is well worth it. My Mom who is very old had dry skin and when I told her about Cetaphil, she used it and was pleasantly surprised on how it well it cleansed and kept her skin moist. She won't use any other cleanser on her face now. This is definitely much better than store brand equivalents. I have tried store brands and they can't beat the original Cetaphil brand.Customer Review: wonderful

I usually dont take time to write a review, but with this product i am making an exception. I have tried multiple acne products; Such as Proactive, Murad, and countless products from walmart shelves. I decided to try this. i bought it about a month ago and it is amazing. I have very acne prone skin, i have been suffering since middle school and I am 20 years old now. Honestly the acne isnt 100% gone; but it is 100% better than the other brands. Some people use it to take the make up off too; but instead i use a make up remover wipe and than use the cleanser. It does cause some dryness but slap some lotion on and its gone. So if you decide to buy this product I wish you the best of luck!Customer Review: Been using this product for almost 15 years

I've been using Cetaphil for 15 years and it is, by far, the best facial cleanser I have ever used. Yes, throughout the years I've been "persuaded" by cosmetics dealers in various department stores to switch to their brands, but, I always come back to Cetaphil. If you have super sensitive skin, as I do, this is the best product for you. I look forward to using this product for many years to come.
This product is also great for baby. I used it to bathe my daughter when she was a baby. She's 9 years old now and uses it everyday to wash her face.
This is a phenomenal product!!!!

After numerous dermatological visits on how to clear my occasional break outs, the one message repeated by my doctor was: be gentle to your face.
I suppose, then, that it should come as no surprise that he suggested using Cetaphil as my daily face wash; its so gentle that you could lather it on and wipe it off with a towel instead of rinsing it off with water (if so inclined).
It's non-greasy, and especially important during the winter, non-drying. Simply, it's an effective cleanser that works well, even with my oily t-zone.

Ok, so I bought this after reading some reviews. I put it on my face and right away, i had some doubts because first of all, it was slimy, and second of all, it didn't lather, so that was weird. But then right away, after rinsing, it left my skin feeling soft and cleansed. I've been using this for a week now and wow, its just awesome. I haven't had a random pimple pop up on my chin anymore. I have realllyyy sensitive skin and this definitely didn't burn, make my face red, and dry out my skin, like other cleansers did. It's a must.
