Customer Review: Not the miracle I was hoping for :(

I just recevied the pillow yesterday and am not impressed. It was somewhat comfortable before I filled it but once filled it's a total nightmare no matter what fluid level. Trying to burp the thing without getting water all over it is quite a task - still can't get all the air out! It's heavy to move and just doesn't seem worth the bother. I have issues with literally every disc in my neck so sleeping is never easy. I thought from the reviews that this pillow would be my savior.. it defintely is not. :(
I'm giving 2 stars because it was somewhat comfortable empty and my neck injury is pretty severe so I cant expect perfection. I just think this thing is NOT worth 40 bucks if the only comfortable way to use it isn't why I bought it or what is supposed to be its big selling point. If you have a severely inured neck this is probably not going to help much. :(
* I tried it again just to be sure and my original review stands, with one addition. This thing is COLD which is not comfortable for injured discs. My bed in near a window but I never had issues with regular pillows being like blocks of ice. This one grabs all the cold of the NY Fall - Winter would be a nightmare - and keeps it in so its impossible to use. Definetly NOT for those with severly hurt necks. :(
