I bought this because of a recommendation from a friend. I wanted something natural since I have a sensitive stomach and IBS problems. I have been bloated and I recently upped my fiber intake which has made me feel better in some ways, but caused problems that led me to purchase this. This did not work for me at all. I drank this tea before bed and nothing. 14 hours later, nada. I finally drank some coffee because sometimes that does the trick and it worked instantly. I guess I'll just to stick to my hit and miss coffee drinking to help the problem...
and the taste was ok, not horrible.
I've since given this product another try. I found that this takes a few times before it's effective for me. Others may experience different results. It's a bit too expensive in my opinion to not be effective immediately, but at least it's a natural solution and I'd rather drink this tea than take pills.
