I've been using the product for almost two months and I'm very satisfied with it. After spending thousands of $ on facials and any anti-acne crap sold out there you can think of, spending $ 200 on the Clarisonic brush was like "whatever, why not". You can understand my skepticism. But so far, so good! Pores have tightened, my face is glowing, my skin looks and feels soft, clean and rejuvenated (I'm 31 btw). Get ready for serious purging though (or at least I think this is what the breakouts since I've been using the brush are all about). I'm combining Clarisonic with anti-acne gel and other products to keep it under control and things are getting better.
I'd definitely recommend it, I've gotten better results with it than with all the mediocre facials I spent tons of money on.

Clairisonic skin care system definitely helped to rejuvenate my old, tired skin. I live in Florida and have beached, played tennis and boated all my life. I also have had issues with enlarged pores and acne throughout even my adult life. I noticed a difference with Clairisonic after the very first use! It has removed that ugly outer layer of skin and diminished the pores. It is thorough without being too rough.
My only complaint would be the way the unit stands in the charging plate makes it a little unsteady. I also feel the cleansers are expensive. The price of the system is high and an effort should be made to make the cleansers and replacement brushes affordable. I plan on buying my daughter a Clairisonic when I can afford to.

I am over 40 and have suffered with adult acne for quite some time and have tried just about every acne cure out there short of using Accutane. Adult acne is the most frustrating thing because it comes and goes but never completely leaves...certain acne products over-dry and others do not do the job but the Clarisonic works!!! You just need to use it as directed....I use mine twice a day with a mild cleanser. The results are amazing....acne is gone as are those annoying discolorations/bumps from old acne. It even helps minimize pores and fine lines....all in one product. So if you think it is pricey..think again. I have spent way more on creams, meds and other things for my acne that just didn't work...and didn't help with pores and fine lines.Customer Review: Silky Radiant Complexion Achieved

The Clarisonic Skin Care Brush is by far the best beauty equipment you will ever invest in. I have been an Aesthetician for 12 years and I have never seen a product work this good. Some may believe the $195.00 is a bit pricey but to be quite honest on average my clients spend $65.00 for a standard European facial. You now have the luxury of the same equipment professionals use. If you like the feel of microdermabrassion or would like to achieve similar results at home, use your Clarisonic Brush along with La Mer's Refining facial. The facial uses pure diamond powder and polished sea quartz. In my professional opinion it is nearly the same as a microdermabrassion treatment. I've only been using it for 11 days but my skin does look a little smoother and less congested. Is it worth the $200? Only time will tell. I have oily, somewhat sensitive skin with large pores. I started slowly, using the sensitive skin brush once a day for a minute. Now I use it twice a day for a minute to two minutes. My skin broke out a little at first so I started following some of the tips from others--washing the brush well, using toner, using lots of cleanser, etc and got better results. I will update this after a month or so. I have a lot of skin issues (hyperpigmentation, large pores, etc) that I was hoping would go away....we'll see.
**update. Ok, i used it for 3 months with little to no difference...what a gyp.
