I have Clarion XS anti-reflective coating on my lenses and I HATE the microfiber cloth / spray-on solution cleaning method. I can never seem get them completely clean using one. So I started looking for alternatives. I tried Bausch & Lomb Sight Savers first, and they worked ok, but I was still getting some streaking. Then I tried these. Here's what I've found after using them for a week.
Things I Like:
- No streaks, even on anti-reflective lenses
- Packet size, small enough to fit inside a wallet. 3 1/2"W x 1 7/8"H
- Cloth size, very large at 5" x 6"
Things I Don't Like:
- Quantity, 3 boxes of 21, total 63. I could buy 100 or more of another brand for the same price (15$).
Overall I'm giving these a 5 out of 5 despite the price. I had a hard time finding a way to clean my glasses that didn't involve leaving streaks or smudges. These may be a bit expensive, but I haven't come across anything better.
(Just remember to rinse your glasses off with warm water to remove any debris that may cause scratches before you use these. No need to dry, in fact a few specs of water seems to help a little.)
