I ordered this so I would not be glued to my desk all the time with my laptop. It came very quickly and was just gorgeous! Very well made. Plenty of room to the side for a mouse/pad. The pencilholder keeps the laptop from slipping. I also got the X-Pad to go with it and my legs stay cool, the fan on the laptop doesn't run nearly as much. I'm very happy with the whole thing and highly recommend this beautiful wood desk.Customer Review: Perfect for the Price

This lap desk is great for writing and working on my netbook. It is comfortable, the cushion is breathable and it is also aesthetically pleasing, which is always a bonus. The wood finish is laminate, but I expected that going into it and the lap desk looks great all-the-same. You won't find a better lap desk for the price. It's quite large, but still lightweight, and the bottom pillow is very soft. I bought one for each of my nieces and nephews and I think they'll get a lot of use out of them. Oh, and fyi, the wood is a bit darker than the picture shows...almost a cherry wood color. I bought this as a gift for my husband and was very disappointed. The "wood" is warped and the computer doesn't sit flat and even on the lap desk; it wobbles. I use the word "wood" loosely because my husband decided to try and sand it down and quickly got through the "wood" laminate. We feel this is a cheaply made product.Customer Review: Desk

The wooden lap desk is perfect for working or writing in my favorite chair. there is plenty of room for a mouse if you want. It is comfortable to use and keeps my legs from getting too warm from the laptop. it can be used for snacks or writing, or reading, too. Great value. Arrived in perfect shape and great delivery time.
