Well the shipping and handling was great and the items arrived as promised. But I didn't realize that these Clif Bars are so heavy on Sugar. Calling it a Nutrition Bar is a stretch. Energy Bar may be more accurate. You do get the fast sugar carbs and the slow oatmeal carbs. And some fiber.

If you were dangling from a ledge without a rope, you might need this extra sugar. But for everyday use I wouldn't recommend eating more than one of these a day, maybe instead of a Honey Bun or Bear Claw out of the vending machine.

The Clif Bars do taste pretty good. Probably because of all the sugar.

It would be nice to see a low sugar Clif Bar or one made with Splenda.
