While everyone's talking about taste, I'd like to point out a few other aspects:
1. I have one of these with a glass of milk about an hour before my workout (running/weights). The bars say 'nutrition for sustained energy' on the label and this is absolutely true. It's a slow energy release bar so you feel its effects even 2-3 hrs after you've had it. I believe this is the true purpose of an energy bar - not something that gives you instant energy and leaves you 'crashed' afterwards.
2. It's organic and has none of those high fructose corn syrup/splenda/nonsensical ingredients.
As far as the comments about the peanut butter and chocolate chip peanut crunch go, these are my fav. flavours. I'd say try them all and decide which one you like best :)

Clif Bars provide the needed energy to keep you going when (and before) the energy from your meal runs out. I play golf almost every day and meal times tend to occur during a round. Rather than stop at the turn to get a sandwich, I eat a Clif bar and press on. They are satisfying both flavorwise and from an energy replenishment perspective. They don't melt in the heat and are very convenient to keep in the bag. I first tried Clif bars after an off road bicyclist friend told me about them. The price on Amazon is good (not great) but still much cheaper than buying them at the grocery store. Recently pinned as one of the best energy bars to replaced a missed meal, Clif Bars are really a good option for those who are on the go or for those on a workout regimen. I've bought a box of these for my dorm and I eat one when I don't have the time to get lunch between classes. The caloric value of one of these bars is in the 200s, so it provides enough energy for you body to run on for a while. There are also enough decent amounts (%15~30) of a wide variety of vitamins and minerals (zinc, vit. c, b1, b2, a, etc.) per bar to be called a well-rounded health food. Being %70 organic and %100 natural doesn't hurt the brand either. A great health-conscious buy!Customer Review: Good Value but I don't care for the chocalte ones.

With Amazon Prime shipping and the Subscribe & Save price, the cost is about the same as Costco's and I don't have to go to the store to get it.
My personal favorites are the Cruncny Peanut Butter and the Blueberry Crunch. Note: Blueberry Crunch is not included in this variety pack but you can buy them separately in the Subscribe & Save Program.
I've been eating one of these for breakfast every day for the past year, along with an Aptiva Yogurt. I lost 20 pounds in 2007! Breakfast is important and this provides a very healthy (and tasty) high protein breakfast.

I enjoy having a little snack while I am cycling and I grew tired of the dry hard bars that other makers have put out on the market. Believe me when you're cycling at 20 mph and you want a little something to hold you over until you reach your destination a cliff bar or two will get the job done. They won't melt in the wrapper like other bars do. (bars that are stored in your jersey's back pocket) They are soft and chewy and most importantly they're great tasting. And so many wonderful flavors to pick from!!!! Finally someone got it right. Thank You Cliff Bar!!!
