Clif bars are amazing. They taste great, they're compact, and they're chock full of great stuff. Seriously, one might think there would have to be a black whole in the center of a Clif bar to explain the unbelievably high energy density!
All joking aside, I use these all the time when backpacking and I have to say that all other energy bars I've tried pale in comparison to the wonder that is the Clif bar. I also think they're great as an everyday snack (although expensive) and would easy pass over a snickers bar to grab one of these!

I ate a *LOT* of these during military deployments, and now I'm kind of hooked on them. Most of the bad reviews are from people confusing them with protein bars. These are not for bulking up, they are snacks- not health food. They are great for when you're working hard and want something to eat between meals. They are compact and calorie rich and are perfect for staving off hunger for another hour or two. My favorite flavor is chocolate ship peanut butter.Customer Review: Clif Bars in general

Clif bars are great tasting and have some good vitamins/ingredients. I would like to see them make the packaging fit the bar though. The bar has gotten smaller over the years, but the package has stayed the same size. Just kind of annoying. It makes me feel like the company wants the customer to believe the bar in larger. Also, several other companies are lowering the sugar content without compromising taste. I believe Clif could do this as well.Customer Review: Good, but not really variety

I love Clif bars, and I thought a variety pack would be great; however, what I didn't realize is that there isn't much of a variety here. The two peanut ones taste almost exactly the same, and while they are good, it's really easy to get tired of them quickly. Chocolate chip is awesome, and I'm glad it's there or I would have lost my mind. I personally would just by the single packs unless you really, really loved your peanut butter bars.Customer Review: Great-tasting energy bars!

I love Clif bars and my favorite flavor right now is peanut butter crunch. I really enjoy the texture of the bar and I like that the variety pack has 3 different flavors so you don't get sick of eating the same one again and again. The variety pack is also a pretty good deal at less than $1 per bar. It's pretty fun to see what new, funky flavors the people at Clif can come up with!
