The variety pack has three varieties that are all only 10 or 11 grams of protein each, with a whopping 24 grams of sugar. The blend is a basic recipe that they then flavor with various ingredients, like peanut butter or chocolate chips. The mixture is tasty and is a chewy crunchy blend of organic ingredients. We need quick nutritional snacks on the go. Clif bars taste better than anything else that we've tried (luna, power, balance, kashi, nature's valley, etc) and it's quite filling, and this box has 3 different flavors for a decent variety. The price was better than anywhere else and our package arrived within a few days. If you need a fast and tasty meal this is the way to go.Customer Review: Yummy!

I began buying this product when my husband needed something that was gluten-free. My husband takes them with him when he traveling to tide him over until a meal. I eat one with a glass of milk and they are very filling. It is dense but I liken it to a giant cookie that has a lot less grams of fat than a cookie would. Clif bars have a nice nutritional mix. They're energy bars, not protein bars. They have 10 grams of protein per bar. Plenty for me, but folks wanting to add a lot of muscle may want to look elsewhere. But nutrition is not the problem. No, the problem is the taste. Dense, chewy, awful. Being stuck in a lab for several hours a day, I prefer Clif Bars since they are much healthier than other lab snacks (like coffee and donuts) and are low maintenance---I can stick them in my backpack and it doesn't matter if they get smashed and they don't melt. A great buy I recommend subscribing and getting a discount!
