I could eat one [or more] of these every day. The bar is so rich and chocolatey, you wouldn't believe it's entirely natural, with only five simple ingredients. No added sugars, just the sweetness from the [two servings of!] fruit. The walnuts deliver a pleasant crunch. These are wonderful with coffee. I've pretty much cut all junk food from my diet - I just don't crave it anymore - but I still have a soft spot for dark chocolate. At 160 calories, this bar is one of my fixes. I love it.
