Having used Clubman Moustache Wax for ages I was surprised to discover,a day before a vacation trip,that CVS no longer carried it. They now sell their own brand in a carbon copy package. I bought their product and left on my trip. Was I shocked upon using it only to discover it had the consistency of melted butter. Returning home I went to Amazon and found the original Clubman(at a better price) and am now a happy man.IT is not easy maintaining a handle bar moustache with an inferior product.Thank you AmazonCustomer Review: You get what you pay for

As a beginning moustache grower I read a few articles on how to maintain a moustache. I purchased this set and within the week the comb snapped in two and the teeth of the comb had already began to break off. The comb is a cheap piece of plastic and I was very unsatisfied. The wax itself was pretty weak. It is more greasy than waxy, so it did little to hold my moustache in place. An hour after I put it in my moustache would fray out and lose its shape. Ultimately I would suggest not purchasing this combo.Customer Review: Best I've ever used.

I have been looking for a product that could control my mustache without a glob of wax. This stuff works great. It can dry hard but if you brush it out you will have your mustache and goatee in place and it is nice and soft. My only complaint is that the tube is too small. Sure a little goes a long way but it would be nice to have a bigger container. I can't knock it down a star because of the tube size. It is a great product and I don't think I will ever change to another.Customer Review: Works great

I use the neutral white and have used Clubman off and on for 30 years. It has become hard to find in the local stores, so I ordered three this time. Like other reviews, I would say its main benefit is lack of taste, firm but not too stiff and easily washed out (or off). The back of the included brush makes a better hole in the end of the tube than the point on the cap does; other than that, I don't use the little brush.Customer Review: rain

The other reviews are true however, being water soluble means that if you have to walk through the rain you will be pulling your moustache out of your mouth. It does not hold up in the rain very well at all. This also means you should stay away from hot soups/coffee when your wearing this one. But really, most of the good waxes come from Europe. For some reason it hasn't caught on over on this side of the Atlantic.
