Customer Review: Terrible smell; not as picured/described

I received my cushion from Medical Dept. Stores. It came in a sealed plastic bag. When opened, the cushion reeked of gasoline/diesel/fuel oil--all come to mind. After one week, it still reeked and left a smell on my clothes to carry around with me. Also, it was not as described or pictured. There was no removable blue cover, but a faux leather/suede cover and handle. The memory foam performed great--the little I actually used it. After a week, I returned it to the seller. I have used visco memory foam products in the past and nothing smelled like that or for so long! The cushion also looked very tacky and cheap with the faux leather covering.Customer Review: Fantastic!

Before I bought this pillow I was in almost constant pain and couldn't find a place to sit down that didn't make it hurt worse. This pillow is fantastic it is soft enough to be comfortable and yet firm enough to give great support.It also keeps it's shape quite well, you could be sitting on it for hours and then get up for two mins and the pillow will feel like you had never sat on it.Just be careful about doing the expedited shipping, I got a email from UPS that they had received the package info and telling me the estimated time of delivery, but the company took forever to get the package to UPS and the estimated time of delivery changed.Customer Review: Not happy with the coccyx cushion

This cushion is way to thick and too narrow to be comfortable for me. I have a Toyota Prius and when I sit on the cushion, I feel like I am going to fall off of the side of it and it places my head too close the top. I used it for about 100 miles on one trip, threw it in the trunk and never used it again. If it was half the thickness and about 6" wider, I believe it would work fine for me.
I am 5' 10" and weight about 175 lbs, so no it is not because I am too wide or too tall.
Unfortunately, I lost me receipt and misplaced the cushion, or I would have returned it.

I love this cushion and carry it with me everywhere I go. It is smaller than most coccyx cushions and the memory foam makes it very comfortable to sit on. I like that one side is vinyl and one side suede-like fabric since I sit outside on steps or stadium seats that may not be very clean, and the vinyl side is easy to wipe clean. The cushion is perfect for the car because of the wedge shape. Recently I visited my orthopedist and he even commented on the cushion and asked me where I got so he could tell his other patients. I guarantee you will love this cushion.Customer Review: Not worth the money

I am pregnant and sit at a desk all day at work so i bought this product because I thought it would help with my tailbone/lower back pain. Unfortunatly it is so uncomfortable i can't sit on it for more then an hour at a time so it is hard to tell if it helps at all with my back issues. The cushion is very dense and doesn't sink at all with my weight which causes my behind to hurt. I wish i had just saved my money for a back massage or something. Unfortunatly this product ins't returnable at all so now i'm stuck with it.
