I bought these from another store, and they are just terrible. They made my hair static, and I do not have a problem with static hair. They also leave a mark in my hair from the slot where they are heated. These hot rollers are amazing. They heat up super quick and create great big waves of hair. I have naturally curly hair so i like to use these to straighten my hair - meaning take it from small curls to waves, and these curlers do that very well. I have wavy, thick Asian hair and was looking for something to add some body and polish. These worked really well and heated up quickly, although there weren't enough rollers to get all of my hair, so I had to buy two. I use these almost every morning. They're hot and ready to go in seconds. I like the nonslip surface of the curlers. Makes it so easy to set my hair, remove, and go in a matter of minutes and still have a really nice style. I like having 12 *large* rollers to handle my thick, long hair. Fast! Easy! Great results! It calms my hair, gives me shiny beautiful curly hair. The first time I use it, I need to practice 2-3 times to tight the rollers. The clips in the box are not designed well. Some elastic band may hold the rollers better. That's just a small drawback! I enjoyed the results!!
