I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter and I am glad that I did. It was purchased at a very reasonable price, was delivered quickly and made a hit.
The machine comes with 18 gems and is ready to go. All you do is place your hair in the machine, you hold down the button, let it go and it places the gem on the hair. Easy to take off as well, you just slide it off and can reuse it anywhere you want to. They really make the hair look pretty, at least on younger girls and women, maybe not so pretty on us grandma's, but who knows :))...
Anyway, it was a hit and I recommend this as a good price gift for any young girl that you know who enjoys a little hair beauty. Also, not as hard to use as those colored strips that are glued on the hair and can cause allergies.
