I have had three of these conair bath spas now and have enjoyed them all. However, I prefer the hard rather than the soft cushion -- it stays underwater better during use so I have continued to use the original hard cushion with each of my machines. The one thing I wish that they did was keep the water hot but not sure how that could be done.
I do like this type of device more than others because it allows you to use aromatherapy oils and bubblebath while using the spa.
I recommend this to anyone who likes jacuzzis but can't afford one of their own -- this is a good substitute.

Features:Turn any tub bath into a luxurious massage with this Conair spa. Secure the cushy mat to the bottom of the tub with its suction cups, connect the flexible 8-foot air hose to the power canister, plug in the 6-foot cord complete with ACLI safety feature, and the bath water swirls to life with powerful air jets. When placed on the floor within easy reach, the power canister can be toggled between high, low, and off. A clear-plastic cover protects the switch from wet fingers. The mat measures a generous 46 by 14 inches and conveniently rolls up for storage when dry. The power canister with carry handle measures a compact 10 by 8 inches.
