I have thin straight hair and when I get my hair cut and styled by someone else it looks great, but I have the hardest time styling it myself. I have tried the round brushes and standard hairdryer but I just can't get the hang of it. This hairdryer helps out. My hair never looked so thick (with hair products of course)! The dryer is easy to use and the comb options are nice. If you have problems with the round brushes I would recommend you to try this out.Customer Review: Great styling brush! Had for 5 years!

Searching on Amazon because after 5 faithful years my old Conair 1875 gave out. I use this and the Revlon RV446 ion brush. I start with this one and use the Revlon for the styling. I've got thick hair so like using this one to dry my hair a bit. Prefer it because it's ionic and cuts down on the frizz. Let's hope they've continued to make a quality product and this new one will last me another 5 years or longer.Customer Review: Good for awhile

I loved this dryer to begin with, it works very quickly and smoothed out my curly hair really well. After having it about 6 months now it has begun to overheat almost immediately into the drying cycle. I have literally found charred pieces of my hair in the sink and the bathroom smells like burning hair. I liked it so much I may buy another and give it another chance, but not cool to have to replace it so quickly!Customer Review: Terrible

I am so disappointed with this hairdryer. I have been using this hairdryer for 15 years and have never had a problem with it. This one however would not attach the brush part to it. Every time I would put it thru my hair the brush would fall off on the floor. 1875 Ionic Styler/ Dryer - Quieter than most hair dryers and does it job fast. An unheralded feature is the cord guard at the handle. Although all instructions say not to wrap the cord around the handle, everyone does which eventually causes the dryer to fail. Conair has reinforced the area where the cord enters the handle, which should protect it from pre-mature death.
