Like other reviewers, I was looking to replace the mirror I wanted the three panels that the old one doesn't have. I've owned since the 70s. The lighting on this mirror is terrible. Since the only problem with my old mirror is that I broke the stand, I've retrieved it and prop it up. After all these years, the old mirror is still bright. I purchased this mirror for my daughter after purchasing the same make at a big box retailer and discovered that Amazon had it for $11.00 cheaper! Needless to say, the more expensive one was returned ASAP!! It is a great mirror with side panels and 4 light settings. This is just what my wife wanted. I was going to surprise her with a much more expensive unit, then thought I should ask her first. I am glad I did. She was touched that I would spend the money, but all she wanted was this one. She is very pleased, and I have more money in my pocket. I bought one for my niece and had to have one for myself. The lighting is outstanding and I particularly like the three panel feature since it reflects the light more evenly. Careful, it gets hot- wouldn't leave it on unattended. I shopped around for this mirror and found it cheapest on Amazon, especially with free shipping.Customer Review: Great Mirror

Mirror lights work really well for makeup application. Changing magnification by rotating mirror works well. Side mirror angle adds perspective of how others view your makeup. Back tilt angle is easily adjustable when sitting on a table or it can be hung on the wall. Very happy with the mirror and it was reasonably priced.
