I have pretty fine long hair but alot of it-little over the shoulder in length. These give volume and a nice soft wave. Clips hold fine for me but sometimes leave a slight crease mark. Heat up very, very fast. Easy to use. They would be more perfect if there were 6 of them but I can make do with 5. I still have to use the big curling iron for the small shorter pieces of hair around my face. They almost give that look that the hairdresser can get using the big velcro rollers and then have you sitting under the hairdryer.....Very pleased!Customer Review: Great set of rollers

This is a great set of rollers. Perfect size for travel and small bathroom counter space. The only downside is having only 5 rollers. I would love to have 6 in this case. My hair is very long, layered and naturally straight. I need large rollers for body and to smooth the ends after blow drying. This set works great. I keep my heat down to save on heating bills, but still I couldn't believe that it would take about 30 to 45 minutes for these to heat up good enough to put a curl or body in anyone's hair. my own hair is not fine or very thick and usually takes a curl. I owned a set before and loved them, but maybe I just got a set that didn't work very good.Customer Review: great rollers, bad for travel

i really like these rollers and have a larger set for home use. purchased these for travel -- i travel for work several times a month and despite a good suitcase, the base, the lid, and most parts of the exterior break, crack, etc. this product needs a redesign for travel.
