Customer Review: ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT

The pressure is good so I feel the cleaning is effective. Unfortunately, it's a messy affair. The button to stop the flow of water doesn't work consistently so water still flows when I open my mouth to release water. Another drawback is that the different tips do not connect firmly to the base so they constantly fall off when I unplug and/or move the unit. I would not recommend because of these design flaws.Customer Review: Durable but loud

For the price, I think this model is good. We had one that lasted for more than 3 years. After the first year, the tube started to leak. Howevere, it still functioned well. When turned the knob to start, it took a few seconds for the water to start coming out.
Recently, we bought this same model again for my daughter to use. She experiences the same sympton, except it hasn't leaked yet.

This product works well. The reason I did not give it a five-star rating is that it is not quite as good as its predecessor, in my opinion. (I had been hoping to buy the same product that I was replacing.) This WJ7B model works almost as well as the older model, but it is lighter in weight (which might be preferable to some), and, thus, is more easily knocked off the counter than the older model.Customer Review: I wanted the Power - But didn't get It

I had a WaterPik many years ago, and have really missed it. The Interplak just doesn't have enough power. I was able to use Level 7 from day 1. Since it doesn't have much power, I run out of water before making it around my whole mouth. It is better than nothing, but I wish it had more pressure so I would feel more refreshed. I used to by the InterPlak at Target and couldn't find it now that I needed it again. So I thought I would check to see it I could by it on Amazon. I found it and bought it. I have been using the InterPlak for 15 years and the motor gave out on my second one. Thank you for having it in stock. I will purchace the InterPlak at Amazon from here on out!
