I've tried lots of omega-3 supplements -- fish oil capsules, flax seeds, etc. -- but this is the only one where I've actually FELT the results. I began taking the supplement for nerve support, and within a few days I felt less tense, had fewer anxieties, and slept much more soundly. Also, I was one of those non-smokers who'd bum a cigarette when I felt tense, but I haven't had that craving since starting coromega -- six months ago! To me, that's miraculous. It does taste great, and there's no fishy after taste or burp, yecch. The packets are very convenient, and the oil doesn't go rancid. Amazon's prices are hard to beat, and if you put this on autoship, you'll always have a supply handy.Customer Review: Miracle in a packet

This supplement is nothing short of a miracle for my 4-yr old son. He has chronic constipation and has been on prescription Miralax, daily Benefiber tablets and Papaya enzyme for the last 2 1/2 years (and needed suppositories monthly). Since he began taking the supplement over a week ago, he has been "regular" everyday with normal BMs and has had a huge appetite as a result! (He's very small for his age and it is normally a battle to get him to eat) Better yet, he has not needed any of the other things besides his daily vitamins. He takes the Omega-3 no problem, the same way he would squeeze yogurt.
This may seem like TMI but other Moms will understand...I am truly thrilled!

I've tried to take other forms of Omega-3. I have a hard time swallowing capsules, and plus there is that ICK fish-burp factor.
I tried these and they do not taste like fish at all. Unfortunately, they are too sweet for me to take straight out of the packet. Its kind of like a splenda or fake sugar sweet. However, I am able to either mix in a drink or with a spoonful of yogurt. Since a container of yogurt is usually my breakfast, these packets work great.
So for those people who are super picky and sensitive about taking medicines, this stuff is great. And even though its orange flavor, haven't found a flavor of yogurt that it doesn't go with.

I was VERY skeptical to try this because I am a VERY picky eater. I was surprised and pleased that it's great. It tastes sort of like frozen orange juice concentrate. I mean, I don't want to just go eat it for a snack, but I definitely don't dread having to take it. It's also a smaller amount than I expected. If you put it on a teaspoon, it only takes up about half the spoon. Most of the fish oil supplements in this price range do not offer this much of the good stuff, so it's a real value. I would HIGHLY recommend getting this. Also, they have a deal where you get a free box with four proofs of purchase, so that makes it an even better value.Customer Review: I'm excited to take these.... unlike the fish oil soft-gels

I've always dreaded taking fish oil soft-gels because of the gross after taste (esp. when you burp them the rest of the day) YUCK!
BUT not with Coromega Omega 3 supplement! I really look forward to taking these. You just squeeze them (kind of like a little ketchup packet) into your mouth, and it's very tasty! Tastes like a creamsicle :)
The price also beats the fish oil soft-gels as you only have to take 1 packet daily vs. up to 6 soft-gels. I signed up for the auto-shipment every 6 months and it knocked $2.00 off + free shipping, and they were on my doorstep the very next day! Wonderful way to get your Omega-3.
