This product was suggested a few years ago by my Sports Medicene Doctor, based on some testing results HE HAD SEEN. I find the capsule form of the suppliment easy to swallow. Upon the recommendation of a doctor, I began taking Cosamin DS five years ago for my deteriorating knee joint. Within weeks the knee pain gradually disappeared. My knee no longer is a concern. I was told this might help. It's been three weeks. I take them as I'm supposed to. If no change after another four or five weeks I won't buy it again. This is a great product. I have used it for knee problems and it seemed to work fast within 2 days. The only thing that I have found better is a product called Bend-Ease. I think the site is http://www.bend-ease.com
It has hyaluronic acid that seems to make a huge difference.
