I have arthritis in both knees and have had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee. My surgeon recommended this product. I have been taking it for almost two years, and have experienced increased mobility with decreased pain in my knees. I am able to walk when playing golf without severe pain. This brand used in NIH trials that established efficacy.
I have used for 5 months. An orthopedist recommended dosage of 3 tablets per day, versus the usual 1 or 2. Takes about 4-6 weeks before you see impact. Can cause gas when combined with soda or other foods, so I take before bed-time all three tabs. Much better price here than at retails stores.

My pet Corgi was having trouble getting up it the morning, walking with a severe limp. He was thought to have a chronic shoulder joint problem. CosaminsDs was recommended by our vet,as a product that might help. This brand works better than the other brands, according to my husband. He has back trouble and uses it for that purpose. He has tried cheaper brands but always comes back to this one. It is the one his doctor recommended. Amazon has cheaper prices for this supplement than anywhere I can find locally.
