Customer Review: Easy to Install and Very Sturdy

We installed this grab bar ourselves. All we needed was an electric drill with a bit designed to go through ceramic tile. You're supposed to fasten the ends to the studs, so you may want to verify before ordering that they're really 32 inches apart (not always true in old houses), and that they're where you need the ends of the grab bar to be.
I would have given the bar 5 stars, but there's a bit of rusting at the ends near where the bar is attached to the wall. We probably scratched the finish when doing the install, but I expected a thicker or sturdier finish. I would buy the item again, but put a protective coating on the ends before beginning the install.
