We bought this when I hit my annual bout of bronchitis and found that the old humidifier was pretty much dead. I honestly wasn't expecting much, just something that spits out some water and looks cute, with a higher price tag for the Kitty. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is actually a very high-quality humidifier, with all of the bells and whistles found on others in the same price range. Others boast two settings, this one has an entire adjustable range of settings. It doesn't make a sound at all and it's easy to fill and to clean. The nightlight is cute, but not very useful, as the LED power indicator is extremely bright and puts out more light than the nightlight does. Still, though, it's a soft purple and very soothing to look at.
Science has shown that happy thoughts can help contribute to quicker healing and recovery, and something this adorable can definitely add to that.

This is a cute humidifier, but the night light doesn't work well. I think water gets into the bulb part. It works for a moment or two when it is first illuminated but then it flickers off and sometimes back on again. That feature doesn't seem safe so we never use it. Also, if the head part isn't put on just right the water accumulates and leaves drippy pools of water on the night stand. I've lost a few books that were put beside it that way. We love this humidifier. First of all, it's quiet at all levels of output. It's easy to use, has adjustable output, and best of all...no damp, yucky filter to worry about harboring mold and mildew. We're buying another!
That was before...
Now, we're not impressed. After a single winter, it began making loud fan noises and had to be thrown away--no more 5 stars for you!

This is the best humidifier that I have ever owned. I bought it for my daughter last year because she has allergies and the pediatrician recommended putting a humidifier in her room. My 1st daughter was born 3 months premature and had some issues with a runny nose at night and waking up with it and her mouth area all crusty. The first night I put this in her room and started using it, it cleared up immediately.
We have now just gotten it back out since the heat is on in the house and with having the same problems as last year with her nose, it has cleared right up again.
We now have our 2nd daughter ans she suffers from allergies also and is waking up with a runny nose and it all crusty so we are definately going to go and purchase ANOTHER Crane humidifier.
I looking into the pig for her, but if I can't find it in any stores, then I will be purchasing the Hello Kitty one.
THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!
You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!

It is cute alright. but it is quite noisy, at least to me. Mine stopped working after only 3 months.
