I don't have a problem with the product, but would like to be able to use it. I ordered it on February 23rd and as of today, March 30th, still don't have it. The seller won't contact me through my inquiry E-Mails and the Web-Site given is no longer available. I've paid for the product (it did go through my credit card) and for this poor customer service, it only gets 1 star !!!!!!!!
