I have used this product constantly for over 5 years and am usually satisfied. This time around, I ordered my usual two followed the instructions - didn't heat it for over 2 minutes and in less than two weeks, it had sprung a leak. I use this product for my neck pain so I wrap it around my neck while lying in bed. I woke up the next morning, to find a large stain on my sheets where the product has leaked through. I'm disappointed and hoping that Amazon will replace the one neckwarmer even though it came in a two pack. I'll give it one more try. If it happens have to look for a new product.
