This product is designated a sphere in both the title and the description, but it is actually football shaped. Why does this matter? A sphere would allow for multidirectional motion under the foot - not only backward/forward, but also side to side. The football shape of this item limits the motion to the backward/forward dimension only.
In any event, this device is not nearly as good at freezing the feet as is a gel pack or frozen ice in a styrofoam cup. And it is not nearly as good for acupressure as the "Foot Rubz Foot Massager" available for about $4, which is in fact a sphere with acupressure nubs.
I ended up sending my "cryosphere" back for a refund. Since this will cost me over $10 for two-way delivery, I urge you not to make the same mistake.
