I was buying the ready-made boxed ones at the gym and decided to get the "big" container. I never liked any of the powder drink/shakes, but this one is fantastic. It has a great taste and makes water nice and thick (make sure you use very cold water). I've been using Muscle Milk for about 4 months now. It does help you lose weight, The muscle building part ... I work out five times a week and do have results, whether I would say its the Muscle milk or not ... I'd have to say it doesn't hurt. Muscle Milk does a good job on recovery as well, I have noticed that muscle soreness is minimal even after very hard workouts. This product does blend well and taste great but, I used this product for about two months and I noticed my blood pressure increased from the time I started using it until I stopped. I've been off the stuff for about a week and noticed a dramatic decrease in my blood pressure. I check my pressure every morning. It began to creep up slowly but it was a steady increase. So if you have any questions about whether this stuff is bad for you just check your blood pressure and see if it has increased. This is only my experience but I wanted to share it with folks trying to be healthy. You may also have the same experience I did.Customer Review: This stuff tastes sooooo good!!!

I feel guilty just drinking this stuff. I got the cookie's n cream and I mixed it with soy milk and man, tastes like the real thing, even with the cookie clumps. I actually enjoy drinking this as a shake before and after my workout which is weird at first because it tastes sooo good!! Only been using it for a few days so I can't comment on results just yet. I just had to post on how this is the best tasting protein shake I ever tasted! I have strawberry milkshake on the way too. I've tried probably a dozen kinds of protein powders. I found that this product has the absolute best taste so far (I like chocolate in skim milk) for the price, especially on Amazon. I ordinarily take the recommended serving right after I workout in the evening and have had some success gaining lean muscle in the two months I've been using it. Overall good quality nutrition and taste for price. Others have mentioned difficulty getting it to mix well. I use a magic bullet, so it only takes a second. I have one of those shaker bottles (with the spherical mixer ball inside) that makes quick work of it too.Customer Review: Please Help !!

Hi everyone,
I just started to use Muscle Milk,I am a true rookie, never really worked out in my life, i really want to make some serious changes and im very motivated.
Does someone can give me some advises how to use this formula, and what type or work out should i do, i'd like to loose body fat and gain lean muscle.
my daily routine is : 30 min treadmill, and 20min weights.
i take Muscle Milk in the morning as a breakfast replacement.and before workout for a dinner replacement.
Do you guys think that im doing the right thing ?
