Let me start by saying that I was a long time Optimum Nutrition fan. I always used their proteins, and was fairly satisfied with them.
Then I tried Muscle Milk.
I just finished my first tub of the stuff, and I can honestly tell you I've made some serious gains. I've only tried the Chocolate flavor of Muscle Milk and at first the taste is weird, but after a few shakes you'll get used to it. I really enjoy the flavor now.
I recommend this product to anyone who is serious about working out and making their time at the gym count for something.

THE BEST, THE DRINK OF CHAMPIONS,, the taste is great, it helps you stay lean, and the price on amazon is ridiculously cheap, the RTD (ready to drink) muscle milks in my gym are 4 dollars each!, The taste of muscle milk is the best part, THERE ISN'T a BAD FLAVOR. +++++ I see results from drinking it,, theres more in this protein shake then any other, dont worry about the fat. This drink gives u the potential to produce more creatine in your body which will in return give you bigger pumps at the gym. I never get a stomach ache from this drink. I've had a number of protein supplements in my day, but Muscle Milk takes the prize in terms of taste and smoothness. Very delicious, very effective for lean muscle growth. You can barely even tell it's a supplement. I also highly recommend CYTOMAX energy drink as well. It's made from the same makers of Muscle Milk and it really does help maintain hydration and stamina, especially for biking or endurance running. I am a tall/thin man... i have been using this for about about 1 monnth now and have been working out for about 2 months.. this stuff not only tastes good, it made me feel and look bigger within a few weeks... i am lifting more, i feel more healthy, more energized, more muscle weight gain... i always take one shake right after working out... chocolate milk is my personal favorite... this is good for me because i want the calories for more weight plus the energy for working out... highly recomended if you want to look lean and strong, at the same time.Customer Review: Tasty, but...

* 13.5 µg of lead
* 12.2 µg of arsenic
* 0.7 µg of mercury
Muscle Milk's Vanilla Crème contained slightly less lead, but still exceeded the USP lead limit of 10 µg.
