As much as I LOVE this product,the amounts of cadmium and lead in it is just IN-EXCUSABLE! After reading the reply at their home website, the company totally dodged the question of WHY is that junk in there in the first place? As well as what they plan to do about it! Lead is extremely had to eliminate once in the body, yet Cytosport pretty much blows off the issue
After using this product for over three years I am now actively boycotting it and am telling everyone I know not to use it. Hopefully they will get the message....

As a long-time bodybuilder with a wicked fast metabolism, I can highly endorse Muscle Milk as a great product for muscle building and recovery. I take one in the morning to end sleep catabolism, and I find that I don't have to choke it down. That's right, chocolate Muscle Milk actually tastes good! It's honestly the only protein powder I've ever had that tasted pretty delicious. This was my first time getting the 5-lb. size and it was a great decision. I ordered mine from Vitamin Shoppe (via Amazon) and the shipping was only $1.Customer Review: good product

This is a really good product. Being a gym owner and trainer in Southern Calif. for over 20 years I've seen and used a few products and this one ranks near the top. Most of the fats are M.C.T.s and are used for energy, not to make it taste better! Protein NEEDS fat to be properly utilized by the body!The carbs and sugars are low, which make this a true LEAN GAINER. Keep your protein high ,your carbs moderate and get some good healthy fats like flax or fish oil and you've got the diet to grow some muscle with.Customer Review: Tastes great, mixes easily

I like this product for the great taste and I don't need a blender to mix it - a shaker cup is all you need so it is very easy to get ready quickly. I've been using it for 2 weeks and have actually lost body fat so no complaints here (started at 14%, at 12% now) Give it a try, that is really the only way to tell for your yourself. It's easy enough to adjust how thick you want your shake to be, just add more water for a thinner drink. 2 scoops in 10oz of water is thin and fluid, my personal preference.Customer Review: Wow

Amazing product, I'm a runner and I pull 5,000 pound pallets at work so my legs used to be sore 24-7. Not anymore, if you are a lean person and you want to build muscle then take one of these before you go to bed and one before you start your day. It will make a huge difference, muscles get broken down while you sleep for fuel and if you're a lean person then this product will nourish your body without contributing to fat, you'll wake up refreshed and restored. Try it. Love it. Thank me later.
