I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and have problems with side effects on prescription meds. D-Ribose is the only thing I have found that relieves the pain in muscles and joints. I have been taking D-Ribose for about 7 months and after two weeks on it, started to notice the pain was not so intense. After a couple of months, muscle pain was either greatly reduced or totally gone, depending on activities. I went off D-Ribose for about two weeks, just to see what would happen, and pain started to increase after a week. I went back on and have felt 95% better. This stuff really works.
