Item was broken when received. contacted vendor, who promptly replaced it.
I have only positive comments about the vendor; however, I am not impressed with the back scratcher. The pad is made out of styrofoam which is not very durable. Handle is ok, but could be stronger. Would not buy again.

The part of the scratcher that actually does the scratching isn't long enough. That part that is 90 degrees to the handle. The current length of that part is about half an inch. It should be significantly longer, in my opinion.

The extra length and ergonomic design are much appreciated. It is also strong enough to scratch a buffalo if you so desire. The hand grip is easy to hold in several ways. Great for fishing something out of reach. Good for a life time, this one.Customer Review: I loved it

I ordered this product because I have frozen shoulder and it was great till my puppy ate the scratching part was going to order another but it is unaviable still if they get more stock I will order at least 3 more just in case of puppy damage
