Customer Review: Not great but classic manual

I bought this for my wife - she, as well as a number of others that have used it, describe it as "painful." But somehow I can't bring myself to return it. Not when the box comes with the following written on it:
1. Maintain - clean cumulated rubbish of human body
2. Prevent - prevent organ of human body from degenerate
3. Self-cure - the best assistant recovering medical treatment
4. Over come - chronic disease for encumber
5. Power- electronic magnetic function to nerve tissue
6. Vigorous and graceful - good way for lacing movement
7 Long life - make the healthy organization salability
The manual inside the box further describes the product...
"With the perfectly designed microcomputer controlling procedure, and imitating the finger of massagist, the rolling massager make the chine of the human and massage for foot to embodiment completely."
How could I return this? Its got a "microcomputer" inside!!!
Directions instruct:
"Children or those person can't express their conciousness should be use under the intruction of suitable guider."
Notes are informative...
"If the product has little change or color change not affect function, our company won't inform you."
Warnings are clear and graphic....
"Bad smell for foot: when using the massager, it stimulates the back of the foot to make the capillary vessel of the foot expanded, to expedite the blood circulation, so uric acid of the wast liquid and maleficence substance for the back of the foot to expel from the body, so the bad smell will produce."
This is only a small sample of what you will get. We have been entertained for days.... Those of you lucky enough to get your hands on this product should take special care to look at the diagram on the last page of the manual - #51 on the diagram is worth the purchase of the device itself.. I'm sure if I repeated it here my review would be censored - yes it's that filthy (and yet fantastic)....

I spend a lot of time at work on my feet and after working 12 hour shifts, once I am home and have my shoes off, my feet are so sore that I can barely walk! The first few steps after sitting for awhile are pure agony! I have high arches and once the shoes are off, I suffer.
I tried foot massages and foot reflexology at a Spa recently and, although it wasn't bad and my feet felt good for a couple days afterwards, I did not have any lasting effects from it. I really needed something that I could use on a regular basis as I cannot keep running to the Spa every couple days.
I looked at every foot massager type product I could find on the internet. This seemed like the only one that did more than vibrate, so I took my chances and ordered.
All I can say is WOW! I have NOT been disappointed and I am typically hard to please. After the first use, this massager provided instant results. It is just what I needed: I can use it every day, whenever I want, and I am saving money not having to get a foot reflexology massage at an expensive Spa.
The rollers knead the bottom of my feet and it runs forward as well as backwards so that it massages ALL the sore spots. My feet feel great afterwards! Can't get any better than that!
I very much recommend this product!!!

Love it! I've tried multiple massagers. Rolling massagers are by far the best! Vibrating or air compression massagers just don't give you that deep massage. And unless it has a program to constantly vary the massage, it can quickly become irritating/painful from the repetitive motion. Somehow, rolling massagers even if they're constant (like this one) don't become irritating.
This is by far the best one for the feet I've tried, especially for the soles of your feet, a bargain at this price! Even the expensive foot compression machines ($1000-2000+), while they do compress the calves of your legs, they only have "massage" air bumps for your soles, not rollers.
You can sit and put your feet on it or lie down. It also DOES work for the calves, shoulders, neck, back, etc. but it's best to lie down or lean back against it while lying on the floor/flat surface. The speed works fine, but I only use the slowest speed anyway because I like a deep massage. To get all the parts of your body, you do have to shift and move around a bit. But until they have a massager which does rollers for all parts of the body (and then it'd be $5000+), this is the best and affordable option!

The product works just fine, let me say that first. The speed dials up and down wonderfully and it feels great....however....
being one for aesthetically pleasing experiences, it almost embarrasses me to be giving this as a gift. The thing looks like a cheap childs' toy. The owners manual pictures are so blurry you can't even tell what they're trying to show you, and the words both on the box, and more importantly, the ENTIRE manual are SOOOO poorly translated from whatever language they were written inoriginally that I can barely make sense out of what's being said. To me, if a product costs as much as this one did, care should be taken by the manufacturer and/or distributor to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Purchased this product as a christmas gift for a friend, and she really did not like the way it felt to use it. Initially posted about that and my frustration with the vendor nor responding to multiple contacts. The vendor has since been in touch and indicated the lack of response was due to post-holiday time off. He gave me the info I needed to make the return and said they would refund with no restocking charge. The product is on its way to them and I await the final resolution, which I expect to be positive.
