Customer Review: Buy it Direct from Store & Is Exactly like Benadryl.

I buy this direct from the Costco Store. Since that's a 90 mile one way trip from the back woods that's a great deal...can apply the savings towards the cost of gasoline to get there and back these days. Anyway as far as the generic Benadryl goes it behaves the same as all others I've tried over the past 25 years of using Diphenhyramine for allergies and hives both. Ok Hives is an allergic reaction but there are different allergies and I use it for different ones. Initially given Benadryl for hives & like one reviewer here said it knocked her out. Had similar effect but more to my surprise too sometimes gave me a slight high. Oh boy at work? My body adjusted to the drug quikly & no longer does it have that effect. My doctor told me the body should adjust to taking it. This is a fantastic price by mail or off the shelf at the store either way. I have never found it cheaper. My husband at first missed the time released little beads capsule version used to come in & still does if you want to pay more...but once he realized it really is the same drug his conerns disolved. I've been taking this brand for at least 10 years. I buy their calcium and vit-C also. Bulk is the way to go for those of us miles from civilization as our relatives like to think of it. :))))
