Customer Review: Rates 5 stars with me..
Summary: 5 Stars

I'm not sure what people are expecting a foot bath to do..let alone one that cost only $26 and was delivered for free. Quite frankly, I'd like to see what a $100+ foot bath would do, but I certainly won't be paying that much to find out!
This does everything I would want it to do:
It's lightweight, yet sturdy; has a nice comfortable feel and fit to its design; is a name brand; has easy to operate touch toe controls (if desired); the bumpy bottom felt good as I rubbed my feet on them back and forth; and even the little roller attachment on top felt good and was fun to use. What's not to love?
I heated a pot of water on the stove to just the right temperature and carried it over to the foot bath. I had already put a chair and ottoman (with drinks and remotes!) in place and was ready to watch TV.
At first, I plugged it in to see what that would do and found that it was noisy and really didn't do anything in particular, so I turned it off and unplugged it and enjoyed it much better. I choose to regard that as just an 'option'.
Because I heated the water, it stayed PLENTY hot for the whole show, and as I put in Avon's Foot Works Conditioning Foot Soak in my water, it was lovely!
I don't know why one reviewer said it didn't hold enough water - as mine was more than enough.
And emptying was no issue either - carried it to the sink and dumped it. Set it in the dishdrainer and it dried out in no time.
I'm glad I bought it and think you'll enjoy it too. Hope so.

Customer Review: The Best Foot Spa I ever had!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

Ok, at first I wasn't sure that I would like this foot spa until I ordered it and used it. Well I love it!!! The massages feel sooo good. I love the attachments that comes along with it, I use it all the time. I don't know what other people were complaining about but the heating system works perfectly. You have to use WARM to HOT WATER water first then the built in heat keeps the water that temperature so it will not get cold. If you use cold water it will not work. It even says so on the inside label. There a bright yellow label that says it will not with cold water only warm water. Also in order to feel the heat on your skin, you must have your feet towards the front of the unit were the foot area is covered because that is were the heat is located. I also love the easy pour out hole in front of the unit so you can pour it out after your done. To get a REAL SPA TREATMENT I also purchased lavender epsom salt to use along with it. A 5lb bag was only about $5 at Walgreens. I also purchased from Amazon Foot Doctor Pedicure Kit, its everything you will need to give yourself a perfect pedicure. I also wished I had ordered the Nail Station, this is a foot stand that makes it easier to give yourself a pedicure with out beding over and hurting your back. it makes it easier to see what you are doing. The foot spa is just like going to the salon but in your own home. Believe me as a stay at home mom I rather save money then spend it:)

Customer Review: Do not buy this item
Summary: 1 Stars

I recieved this item from my husband for Christmas. One month later the heat and vibration feature would not work. Amazon replaced the item immediately. I have had the replacement for three months and it has now started leaking. Not just a small leak- pouring water all over my hardwood floors!!!! I am now trying to return the replacment but the time allowed has expired. Apparently the expiration date was three days before I reveiced the replacement- are you kidding??. I am now stuck with this item that obviously has issues and I cannot receive a refund for it. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and Amazon. I would expect the "return period" to start AFTER I receive the replacement. This was not one of these products that had problems but two in a four month period.

Customer Review: Feet feel better
Summary: 4 Stars

Rather than fill a tub for a soak, sometimes just a foot soak and massage is all I need. This product does the job. Simple to use and it is surprising how relaxed I feel just soaking and massaging the feet. The unit keeps water warm enough for about a 15 minute or so soak - length of time depends on how hot the water is when starting out. As noted in other posts, the unit does not heat water but just extends the hot tap water warmth to get a few more minutes of soak. Fairly priced. Hard to find at retail outlets - Bed Bath & Beyond had a much more expensive unit from another manufacturer and that was all I could find in our local retailers. It apparently is a specialty item as no drug stores carried such units. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Customer Review: It's Okay
Summary: 3 Stars

I was excited to get my foot spa until I used it. Some of the pieces did not fit well, the vibrate feature is a bit noisy but it's bearable and the water did not stay heated as indicated in the advertisement. To some that might be a small thing but if you're paying for something with specific qualities you expect to be able to utilize them. The tub does indicate how much water you are suppose to place inside. That may or may not be problematic for individuals who want to really soak there feet (depending on your foot size). Overall, it was quite an experience. I do want to purchase another one, however I'm more skeptical now than before.
