Customer Reviews of Dr. Scholl's DR6622 Toe-Touch Foot Spa with Massage

Customer Review: It Helps a Bit!
Summary: 4 Stars

This foot spa does help to make healthy but tired feet feel better. Do not expect much relief if you have a problem such as a heel spur. I like the attachments, my wife does not, but she does like the spa very much. Personally, I get similar satisfaction from the foot jets in my hot tub plus I get the benefits of the rest of the jets! The advantage of the foot spa is that you can use warmer water and you can add medication, (although medication is not recommended in the foot spa literature).

Customer Review: Pretty Good
Summary: 4 Stars

This is a good product, and I think the price is completely reasonable as well (which is nice). We've found the foot attachments comfortable. The entire thing doesn't take long to set up, clean up, or put back away -- it's very convenient.

My only gripe is that it doesn't heat water for you: you have to fill it with water that's already as warm as you'd like it. However, given how nice this feels on your feet and how easy it is to set up, I don't think it's a real problem.

Customer Review: Adequate, not stellar
Summary: 3 Stars

The foot spa is large enough for my men's size 10s. The heater, like every similar product on the market, is inadequate. It only slows the rate of cooling. I expect that with bubbles on, the water will cool even faster. The bubble setting is quiet though. The unit I bought does not include "massage," so I can't rate that feature. I experienced no splash-over or spilling. The attachments are worthless. I paid less than $20 for mine, and that is the only reason I can rate this as "OK."

Customer Review: Not great, but good for the price
Summary: 4 Stars

For less than $30, this is a good value. I started working at a job where I am standing for about 10 hours a day, and my feet were killing me. So I bought this and I think it works fine for my purposes. If you can afford a better one, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It does not do much of a job keeping the water warm, and there is no bubble action (if there is in other systems), there are components that vibrate that create the water movement.

Customer Review: Slightly Better Than a Plastic Basin
Summary: 2 Stars

This product is only better than buying a cheap plastic basin and filling it with your own warm water for a foot soak. From my experience, the heating element will not even truly keep the water warm (it cooled off within 15 minutes with that turned on), and the massage function is extremely loud and doesn't do much good. The one redeeming quality is the reflexology plates on the bottom -- without those, this would be absolutely useless.
