These are great! I think I have them in almost every pair of dress shoes I own. I have narrow feet and most shoes slip just enough to cause blisters on my heels. I like these cause they are thin but still cushioning. I have tried the gel ones from Dr. Scholl's but they cause blisters on their own since my heels tend to stick to them. I always go back to these. My only complaint is that the adhesive is so good that once they are in they are very, very difficult to remove. They also leave a sticky adhesive residue that will not come off once you remove the liner. All and all these are a must have shoe accessory in my mind.
