Nice try Dr. Scholl's, but not quite. These really should come in 2 sizes. I wear a size 10 shoe and bought these for my high heels. The cushion that is supposed to be under the ball of the foot in under my arch. The cushion under the heel is effective but the ball of the foot takes the brunt of the beating in high heels.
On the other hand I was surprised at how well they stayed in place when I wore them in my shoes since they didn't feel very sticky.
