This was what I expected but more messy. Dr. Shealy said it has the consistency of corn huskers and it does. His recommendation is two tsps.(2 tbls. in his video) rubbed anywhere except the eyes. At 5'8", I don't have enough skin area to put THAT much on so I used one tsp. There must be a better way for what this costs.Customer Review: Highly recommended by my doctor
