Customer Review: Could be dangerous ordering this online...

I ordered this product, along with some other items, and, as Amazon does with all the items from the health and personal care section which have liquids inside, it shrink-wrapped the Drano as to prevent leakage during shipping.
However, somehow, the product still managed to arrive to me with some of the Drano trapped inside the shrink-wrapping outside the bottle, and also made a wet spot of dangerous chemicals on the box itself.
As I have Amazon Prime, this order also came with two-day shipping, so the excuse here wasn't UPS throwing this package around like they do with most of their Ground packages.
In summary, this is the first time this has happened to me with an Amazon order concerning a liquid (such as Drano, soap, shampoo, etc.) but considering Drano is a dangerous chemical, this worried me.
Amazon did issue a refund for the Drano, and of course, my experience could have been one of those "one in a thousand" ones, but I just felt the need to share it.
As for Drano itself, it's great, I use it to eat through hair clogs, and it always performs as it should. It's just a little pricey I think.
