This mask has a lightweight and sleek design, folds nicely into a small carrying pouch (along with the ear plugs, included). It's perfect for traveling or sneaking a power nap on your lunch break. I travel a lot and far so I take my mask with me on a plane. Pop it on and you're "gone" in minutes. A few people have already asked me about it and I also had to get one for my friend. Like some of the other reviews of this product, this mask has a limited shelf life of a few months before it starts separating and coming apart. Additionally, the elastic band becomes loose in almost the same amount of time. Again, as one of the other reviewers mentioned, it isn't a complete BLACK OUT, as the form of the mask does allow light to enter from the bottom. All of that aside, it's great if you've retained that need to feel like a SUPERHERO from your childhood! Next time, I'll purchase the mask I was using from the dollar store. This is a good sleep mask! I previously had a small, black satin sleep mask that worked but put pressure on my eyes. I really like how it gives your eyes room to move. I sleep even more restfully now. It blocks out more light than your standard convenience store eye masks, and only lets a little bit peek through because of the way the nose is shaped. It's kind of unavoidable without sacrificing pressure on your nose. Very comfortable. I barely feel that it's there. It looks a little big (makes me look a bit like a bug), but I don't care, because I'm sleeping much better. I recommend it!Customer Review: Amazon Best Buy - Sleep Mask

I have used many sleeping masks throughout my life... some free (Airplanes) and some purchased... this is by far the best mask I have used.
This mask is Semi-Soft. It has some spring to it around the edges, so it holds well against your face. The downside is, if you are a Side Sleeper, it can bend the mask and allow light to get in.
The straps are just OK. The mask comes off in the middle of the night about once every third night. I have tried different adjustments on the velcro elastic band.
Overall, I rate this as an Amazon Best Buy. 5 Stars.

Love this product. My work shift begins at 4am as I work full time and am also a full time student, so getting to sleep early is a requirement for me to be successful. Some nights I go to sleep before the sun sets. I don't know how I'd manage those nights without this sleep mask. It's very comfortable, does not obstruct your blinking at all, and doesn't get "hot" -- the material remains cool. There is a small area near the bridge of the nose where light can be seen if your eyes are open, but closed, you don't even notice it, unlike with some other products I've used.
